- We are unable to sell or provide alcoholic drinks for consumption to anyone under the age of 18 (UK licensing Act 2003). By placing an order you will be confirming that you are 18 or over and you will not provide alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
- Online deliveries are made between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and will normally be made within 3-5 working days. Delivery is subject to stock availability.
- Delivery is to UK mainland locations only. Please contact us for deliveries outside this region.
- If you find any of the Online goods damaged or missing, please ensure you inform us within 5 working and record any comments on the courier delivery sheet.
- Prices shown on this website are in GBP and we reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%.
- Secure payment may be made by major credit cards, switch and delta.
- Under the Data Protection Act any information held by us is for the purpose of keeping accurate customer records. Saffron brewery will not pass any customer information to third parties.

- CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
9.1. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to info@saffronbrewery.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 9.2 below.
9.2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
9.3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
9.4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 9.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used;
to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.
The provisions of this clause 9.4 do not affect your statutory rights
